A TIME OF ENDINGS – the NINE Year by Karen Goodson

Ah, the NINE year, the close of a cycle. In the Numerology system that I practice, I look at cycles of Nine, each year resonating with a particular number starting with One-new beginnings and moving through each year until the completion year of Nine for that particular cycle. I am personally in a Nine year myself, as are quite a few of those closest to me. For me, I am closing out my seventh NINE year cycle…as I quickly approach my 63rd year of birth.

Lets look at the power of the Nine year. Often…. when I tell people that they are in a Nine year, and describe the opportunities the year offers, I see a little fear in their eyes. After all, who wants to think about endings, of any kind. But with the wisdom my seven cycles of Nine have presented….l want to speak to the power of releasing, and all that the Nine year can hold for you…. if you embrace it, rather than resist it!

A Nine year represents Endings ( even the word itself adds up to Nine! E/5 + N/5 + D/4 + I/9 + N/5 + G/7 +S/1 = 36…..3 + 6 = 9) It is a time to release those things, people, habits, belongings, thoughts and beliefs that no longer serve you. Often I see people change jobs, end relationships, move, or make other life impacting decisions during a nine year. I have been blessed. I know the cycles and embrace the details of my 8 year to prepare for my Nine year. Mind you, I am not saying a Nine year is easy! But if you embrace it, you can close out the year feeling like a ton of pressure has been taken off your shoulders.

Remember the power of your words! The magnetic energy they have to call forth that which you speak! If you have been speaking over and over for the last year how much you hate your job, your relationship, etc. etc…. you have the opportunity during this time to close out those relationships. The power of the Universe, when working with the numerical cycles is this….if you speak it into creation (through the power, energy, emotion and repetition we humans often use) …and do not act on it, be prepared for the Cosmic two by four to smack you in the backside and make it ( WHAT EVER IT may be) HAPPEN! You WILL be pushed into a place to make the decision, or it will be made for you. The same holds with relationships.

Knowing this ( as my truth anyway) I approach my Nine years with Reverence. I see it as an opportunity to ask the Universe to remove unhealthy habits from my life. ( this particular Nine year cycle my body has chosen to release most animal products like chicken, pork, etc from my body. I have not eaten red meat for over 30 years….I asked for my body to be healthy and to release those items that no longer served me….boy….has it!)

Looking back over my previous Nine year cycles I can see that those were the years that I left jobs, divorced, lost someone I loved, moved and had other major life changes….and the benefit of being able to look BACK is that I can now see how they all served for my highest good. To move me OUT of a STUCK place, and into a place of creation!

With each year we also have cycles within cycles…kind of like waves that hit at 3 months after your birthday, a bigger wave at 6 months after your birthday, and a feeling things are starting to fall into place around 9 months after your birthday as you prepare for what will come for your next personal year.

To see what Personal year you are currently in…add your birth month plus your birth day plus the current year. For example March 23 2017 would be 3 + 2 + 3 + 2 +0 + 1 + 7 = 18 1+8=9

Do not fear your Nine Year of Endings. Release those things in your life that no longer serve you, no longer bring you joy as you prepare to enter your next amazing cycle! Release the mantle of worrying about those things you can not control. Give love to those beings in your life who may be wrapping up their time on our planet. For your NEXT birthday will be a ONE year and a time of New Beginnings!

Affirmation: I release and let go of those people, places, things, habits and desires that no longer serve my highest good. I have completed my karmic obligation to them and I am now free!

THE ALLURE OF THE MYSTICAL SEVEN by Karen Goodson

Just what is it about this mystical number that draws so much interest?

July, the Seventh month! What better time to talk about the Mystical Number SEVEN Birth Path! Firecrackers and lots of heat!

Ask someone what their favorite or lucky NUMBER is, most likely the answer will be SEVEN!  Just what is it about this mystical number that draws so much interest?

Your cool, hypnotic presence draws others in and they don’t know what hit them!  They are curious about your mysterious ways, you look so sweet and innocent, but many wounds are still healing from the verbal barbs you are able to throw.

Your eyes see through the masks, and into the truth of another’s spirit.  But it is your secret to keep.  That, however, can make it challenging to be in relationship with you.  You know what your partner is thinking, you know how they feel….WHY, OH WHY CAN THEY NOT UNDERSTAND YOU DEAR SEVEN!?  Because they probably do not have the intuitive sense that you do.

Helping your partner understand some things about your SEVEN BIRTH PATH may help to pave the way…at least a little ( you are far too complicated for an easy explanation)

SEVEN’s need Personal Space:  That means long hugs are OUT, unless they initiate….and TRUST ME…..they WON’T!

SEVEN’s are attracted to Brains, not Brawn:  If you want to capture a Sevens’ heart, sit down and listen to them and ask thought provoking questions.  They love deep conversations.

SEVEN’s are Psychic:  Yes, you heard me!   Call it intuition, a gut feeling, they may not even acknowledge that they know things are going to happen before they happen…but they do, and they ARE capable in developing their empathetic, intuitive nature to an amazing depth.

SEVEN’s need time ALONE:  Don’t take it personally, it’s not about you…it never was!   SEVEN’s mind is very active and they MUST have time ‘in the cave,’  alone time to think and process all of the data, feelings, emotions they were exposed to during the day.

SEVEN’s get OVER STIMULATED:  Although they are a lot of fun, and can hang with the best of them, too much noise (like a TV blaring while people are carrying on multiple conversations) will be like fingernails on a chalkboard to the spirit of a SEVEN. A more intimate setting with close friends would be preferred.

SEVEN’s don’t TRUST easily:  Be patient with them, your trust has to be earned.  They are spiritual, deep thinkers who find it difficult to share their feelings.  Create a safe space and never, ever lie to a SEVEN!

Write down your Birthday in numeric form: Month + Day + full birth year, then add them all together.  Keep adding the numbers until you have reduced it to a single number.  (EXAMPLE: February 10,  1984 is written as :

2  +  10  +  (1 + 9 + 8 + 4 = 22 ) or  2  +  10  +  22  =  34   then add 3 + 4 = 7

So, roll the dice.  Step into the Cool Heat of the Mystical Seven!  You won’t regret it!

Fine Tuning Your Radio Waves

 

Like music playing through your radio, our energetic bodies seek out another who is playing OUR song!  Sometimes, we tune in to a person and it’s like you can read each other’s thoughts as you silently sing the same song.

Then…… there are the others who are energetically play a tone that may feel like fingernails on a chalk board to your body.  Their volume dis-harmoniously wrecks havoc in the relationship as you each turn your music louder and louder.  Such is the power play of relationships…..be it lover, sibling, parent or co-worker.

Over the years, as I get to know someone and find that real-deep connection, their numerology/destiny chart answers the WHY of the connection.  Perhaps their birth-path is the same as mine, or maybe I am resonating my 22 – 11 – 22  Master numbers with those in their chart. Or maybe we are in the same Personal Year and facing the same challenges.  Whatever the case, I find myself explaining certain numerical connections by saying, to them “it’s like you have tuned in to the same radio station!”

Such was the case when I met a beautiful Soul that I now call my best friend.  Flash back about 8 years ago….I was in the healthcare industry and my boss told me I HAD to meet D.  ( He had told her the same thing about me, thinking that there may be some mutually beneficial business we could do together).  The moment I met D, I knew we were somehow on the same frequency, the tone rang out singing, “SHE IS FROM YOUR SOUL FAMILY”. Well, needless to say, that short business introduction turned into a two hour, very personal conversation that has led us on a wonderful journey together over the last 8 years.  Did I mention, she is 24 years younger than me!  But such an old soul!

Over the years I have done many calculations for her: job changes, relationship changes, her children’s numbers, looking at the challenges or opportunities of her personal year, etc. About 4 years ago, a young man caught her eye, and SHE caught HIS.  It happened to be at a party at my home.   At the time, having done charts for both of them, I knew they were not ready for each other.  Move forward 2 years, and the hand of Destiny guided them gently together.  By then, they were ready, ready for the intensity and passion the relationship would bring; ready for the work of digging deep within their own Souls and revealing their true self to another.

This year, for her birthday I gifted her with a Compatibility Numerology/Destiny Card Chart.

In all of the years I have prepared compatibility charts, I have to say this one made me the happiest to prepare.  Having watched the relationship develop for the last two years, and having a close relationship with both her and her honey, I already intuitively felt the connection the two of them had.  I was over the moon happy, as I was preparing the chart ( Ace of Spaces/7 birth path connection with 2 of Diamonds/5 birth path) to confirm their deep love connection.  Their Venus, Mars and Jupiter influences all pointed to a deep love carried over from past lives. Their strengths and weaknesses balance each other.  They have a way of bringing out the best in each other and creating a safe place for each of them to authentically be their selves. It was absolutely the BEST compatibility chart I have ever seen! (PLUS… I am an ecstatic Mama whose Best Friend is in love with my Son!)
